Solus Performance Training’s Level 1&2 Speed and Strength classes are available for ages 8-14.

In this class our young athletes will get a chance to understand the techniques, learn the fundamentals, and build their athletic foundation.

Our Level 1&2 class introduces and reenforces patterns of movement critical to athletic development.

Class times range from 1 hour-1 hour and 15 min.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday @ 5:15pm

Saturday @ 10:00am
